Pallet Racking and Storage Adjustable, Highly Configurable
read
A purpose-built pallet racking system is the ideal storage solution if you’re handling large amounts of palletised freight or inventory. Well-designed pallet racking facilitates efficient stock management and lets you streamline your putaway, storage and picking processes by providing your staff with easy access to stored goods.
Well-optimised pallet racking also maximises your available storage space, and it’s highly customisable, too. Individual shelves can be rearranged to accommodate bulky equipment, unusual loads or high-volume goods. Our clients benefit from the expertise we offer when adjustments are required by arranging a site visit from our team to carry out racking alterations and beam adjustments. This ensures the continuing integrity of their racking and of course, its safety.
With over 45 years of industry experience, we’re well placed to design, build and install a pallet racking system that eliminates clutter and streamlines your processes. We carry out similar work for national brands up and down the country – including established clients like Speedy Hire PLC.
When it comes to delivering versatile and cost-effective pallet racking systems, we have a proven track record for delivering on time and within budget. We’re equally adept at designing bespoke systems for small warehouses and large distribution centres, and we’re always careful to ensure that your new racking is sensitive to the needs of your business.
If your pallet racking is going to improve workflows and optimise retrieval times, it needs designing to support established processes and flow with the way you work. Standard pallet racking systems traditionally guarantee access to every pallet you’re storing.
But if you’re dealing with multi-pallet SKUs or huge loads, you might find that it makes more sense to invest in high-density solutions like push back, drive-in or cantilever racking.

Conversely, suppose your warehouse operates a first-in/first-out (FIFO) storage system for perishable or time-sensitive goods. In that case, you may find that your business is served better by a racking solution that encourages warehouse staff to store and retrieve items in a particular order.

Pallet Racking Accessories
Alongside the racking itself, we also manufacture and supply additional accessories that can transform standard systems into a bespoke storage solution that’s suited to your business needs. Accessories include:
We use a field-proven process to create a specification, and design and install bespoke pallet racking systems. We’re one of a small handful of UK suppliers with a dedicated technical department equipped with the CAD software needed to model and design complex racking systems. Every project benefits from the combined experience and in-house expertise of industry-leading designers, experienced installers, and project managers.
When we approach a pallet racking project, we start by exploring your needs and prototyping a custom system modelled to support your workflows. We’ll then specify and source the parts you need, ship them to your premises and send a team of qualified installers to install them.
We also supply pallet racking systems for self-installation for warehouse managers who’d prefer to install themselves. For organisations looking to upgrade or carry out maintenance on their pallet racking systems we'll provide support.
