Generally, we supply and install racking from leading global manufacturers with many years of manufacturing experience and a product catalogue extensive enough to meet the needs of most clients. 

However, some situations call for a more hands-on approach. Where warehouses, distribution centres, or retail spaces defy convention and complicate attempts to use “off-the-shelf” solutions, we have fabricated bespoke racking systems or accessories.

A Dedicated Manufacturing Facility

We have over 30,000 sq ft. of manufacturing space in Suffolk. We use this space to fabricate structural and architectural steelwork for mezzanine floors and other large projects, as well as the bespoke racking we supply to various warehouse and retail businesses across the UK.

Our facilities, equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and a dedicated CAD department, allow us to produce racking to meet almost any specification. We’re also lucky to have a tight-knit team of highly skilled and diligent designers, project managers and fabricators.

Drawing on their combined experience, we can handle any project from conceptualisation to delivery and/or installation. This allows us to keep costs down compared to others that have to outsource elements of the work and deliver excellent value for money.  

Complete control over every step of the process also ensures that we can maintain high-quality standards. We inspect every element of the work as it moves through our factory and ensure that our bespoke racking meets all relevant safety regulations.

Racking Designed for Your Space

Sometimes, we design our bespoke racking solutions to help clients store unusually bulky or heavy stock. In the past, we’ve built A-frame and vertical racking for long pipe and timber storage; bespoke coil, drum or spool racking, pigeon-hole racking for the compartmentalised storage of long stock, and heavy-duty cantilever racking for a chain of DIY stores.

In other cases, we’re called on to design and manufacture bespoke racking that is more durable than its “off–the–shelf” counterparts or better suited to sustained use in outdoor or otherwise hostile environments.

The pallet gate needed to share space with a roller shutter door and function without impeding the use of this door, so we devised a bespoke sliding system that allowed the client to move it out of the way when not in use – allowing the roller shutter door to close.
